Celebrating 25 Years of Innovation, Growth, and Community at HIPP Design + Consulting

This year marks a major milestone for us—our 25th anniversary in business. Over the past two and a half decades, we've grown from a small team with a big vision into a nationwide organization driven by innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.

To celebrate this achievement, we brought together employees from across the country for a special two-day event at our headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina. It was a time to reflect, reconnect, and recharge for the future.

We kicked things off on Thursday morning with an all-hands gathering where we shared company updates, strategic plans, and even a little trivia to test our knowledge of our company's history.

From there, we headed to Downtown Cary Park to enjoy the fresh air with local ice cream, a few board games, some football tossing, and catching up with coworkers we see on video calls.

That evening, we came together for a memorable dinner at Market Hall in downtown Raleigh. The event brought together clients, partners, and employees for a night of celebration, connection, and gratitude.

Friday morning began with a shared breakfast, followed by team-building activities that highlighted the unique spirit of each department.

The admin team tackled an escape room challenge, while the Business Development team raced go-karts—both groups showing off their problem-solving skills and competitive energy in different ways.

As we look ahead to the next 25 years, we’re grateful for the people who’ve helped shape our journey. Thank you to our employees, clients, and partners for being part of our story. Here's to the future!
