Michael has more than 25 years of experience in project management, electrical and control systems engineering in the pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing, food and beverage industries. In his current role with HIPP, Michael manages the overall design team and the instrumentation and control systems professionals who perform engineering studies and detailed design for projects across multiple market sectors. Specific expertise within his department includes process controls (continuous and batch manufacturing), facility controls, intrinsically safe control system design, environmental monitoring, and control.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science. in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master's in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
