Allan serves as the President for HIPP, with a primary focus on project management and project controls. He has been with HIPP since 2006. Allan directs project design team efforts from conceptual development and scoping through detailed design and construction support. He ensures that project scope, schedule, quality, and budget align with client objectives. In previous roles, Allan served in areas of leadership training and development and has experience in microelectronic and microelectromechanical device design and research.

Allan has a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, as well as a Master of Divinity for Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is a member of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE) and he holds a professional engineering license in North Carolina.
