It is with great excitement that we announce the newest member of our leadership team: Benjamin M. Marshall, P.E., who joins us as our Process Lead. Benjamin’s arrival marks a significant milestone in our journey, as we continue to expand our expertise and deepen our capabilities.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Life Science industries, Benjamin brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success. He has demonstrated proficiency in product and process development, optimization, and GMP manufacturing, consistently driving improvements in manufacturing efficiencies. Benjamin is also adept at working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to navigate and adapt to new challenges, making him a perfect fit for the dynamic and innovative environment at HIPP.
Benjamin's career highlights include managing a GMP kilo-scale dryer pilot lab, co-leading multimillion-dollar equipment capital projects, and introducing a patented purification process that generated $1.2 million in new revenue annually. His expertise in process optimization and project management, coupled with his ability to tackle complex challenges, will undoubtedly contribute to our continued success as we push the boundaries of what we can achieve.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, a Professional Engineering license, and a Black Belt in Design for Six Sigma. His commitment to excellence is further evidenced by his eight years of service in the Army Reserve, where he rose from enlisted soldier to Captain. Outside of work, Benjamin is a dedicated family man with a passion for endurance sports, having completed two full marathons. He and his wife are proud parents of two boys, both competitive swimmers.
