Project: Processing Modifications for DEA-Controlled Substance

Scope: Design facility modifications required for installation of concrete UL- listed Class M/DEA-approved modular vault, DEA-controlled processing areas and packaging line.

Project: Oral Solid Dosage Manufacturing Expansion

Construction Cost: $8 MM

Project was integrated into middle of active manufacturing operation without need for major shutdown.

Scope: Convert empty building space into oral solid dosage suite housing fluid bed dryers, granulators, blenders, coaters, and lifts.

Client:  Pharmacore - High Point, NC  

Project: GMP Pilot Plant

Construction Cost:$ 10 MM

Scope: Expansion of production facility to allow for API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) manufacturing operations, following cGMP guidelines. The Process Room was designed to facilitate production, product, and personnel flow. The production area was designed as an H-2 rating to allow dispensing and use of flammable liquids. A new process control platform to monitor and control all critical aspects of the production process. Quality control, analytical, and production laboratories were included in the design.

HIPP was involved in the conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design effort..
