Project: Buffer Prep Tank Addition

Design coordinated/installed in active Process Area.

Scope: Add two new buffer prep tanks to expand site capacity. Each tank included a glycol water jacket, spray ball, agitator, rupture disk, vent filter, CIP, Process Air, and WFI connections.

Project: Analytical and Centrifugal Bioreactor Laboratories

Scope: Convert existing office area into two analytical and one centrifugal bio-reactor (CBR) laboratories. Design included glass washer, freezers, autoclave, and specialty gas cylinder storage.

Project: Manufacturing Facility Upgrade

Provided overall project management as well as design services for Programming, Preliminary, and Detailed Engineering phases.

Scope: Upfit empty building space into cell processing and immunology suites, and supporting cryo, quarantine, automation, and quality labs.
